The Banrock Station Shiraz Mataro exhibits a bouquet of lifted cherry, blackberry and stewed rhubarb, with hints of black pepper and sage over subtle cigar box oak. The palate presents a soft round medium to full bodied red wine with cherry, rhubarb and dark berry fruits accompanied by hints of white pepper, sage and nutmeg spice. This wine has fine tannins, soft acid and a lingering red cherry, sage and white pepper finish.
