Sparkling White Shiraz

Ripe strawberry and cherry fruits with a fresh light doughy yeast character. The palate is soft, fruity and round. Red berry fruits predominate finishing with a crisp natural acidity. The Shiraz was harvested in the cool of the night. Only a short time on grape skins was needed for the extraction of colour and flavour.
